This hotfix will correct an issue with

several doors that are making it difficult or impossible to complete several quests,
add a handful of items to the 10th Anniversary gift list,
fix the Lesser Dragonmark of Scribing,
get the Arcane Archer's Final Strike working correctly,
and possibly correct the sound issue with chests and loot.
